We have now been in business for over a decade, and here is a quick overview of our steps along the way.

1996 - The Story Begins

Logical Innovations was founded as a specialist software supplier. This includes the development of recruitment software and consultancy expertise.

1998 - Major New Clients On Board

We are now working with blue chip clients in the UK including high street retailers and recruitment agencies delivering bespoke solutions.

2000 - Launch of TalentTracker®

We launch to the UK market the TalentTracker® brand of online recruitment software designed to meet the needs of medium to large businesses.

2002 - UK Wide Customers

We extend our customer and partner base covering a range of sectors including banks and contact centres.

2004 - Award Winning

We are recognised in the Deloitte Fast 50 Technology Awards for 4 years consecutively which demonstrates our sustained growth over a prolonged period.

2006 - 10 Years On

Over 80% of our turnover comes as a direct result of repeat business and referrals. Sales continue to rise and many of our early clients remain with us to this day.

2008 To Present Day

We continue to attract leading blue chip businesses and provide a full range of software development and support services to our clients.
