How hot is your workplace this summer?
With the recent spell of really hot weather the TUC is warning employers that they could actually be breaking the law if they don't protect workers from the effects of extreme heat.
Despite no clear legal maximum workplace temperature in the UK, health & safety regulations place a duty on employers to ensure inside temperature is "reasonable" during working hours.
The TUC is warning that if employers fail to keep workplaces cool they could then be liable if a member or staff has an accident or gets ill at work as a result of the heat.
Simple ways to ensure your workplace stays cool this month are:

Introducing air conditioning or distributing fans

Providing plentiful amounts of cold drinking water

Moving staff away from windows

Allowing them to dress down for work

We've

The new site includes a TalentTracker® zone with information on each recruitment software solution together with an online enquiry form for submitting an enquiry or requesting a call back.
We have also included a demo library to allow visitors to quickly evaluate different features of the software in an easy to understand way. The demos can be viewed immediately, therefore eliminating the need to wait for a demonstration.
