The Deloitte Fast 50 Awards have become the benchmark to identify the UK's fastest-growing high-technology companies through an objective ranking based on sustained revenue growth over the past five years. To be recognised in these prestigious awards for four years running demonstrates our sustained growth over a substantial period. We were first recognised in the awards in 2003 and have shown continued growth to this day. Our Managing Director, David Buchanan credits the achievement with our ability to tailor recruitment systems to provide an exact match to individual client needs together with building real, long standing relationships with clients. Over 80% of our turnover is now a direct result of repeat business and referrals. We'd like to express a big thank you to all of our clients who have made our achievements possible!
The Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) has welcomed proposals from the Home Office for a new Migration Advisory Committee. The REC feel there is a requirement for independent advice on skill shortages and the new committee should therefore make sure that the UK labour market needs for the future are reflected. The REC is already represented on the Home Office's Illegal Working Stakeholder Group and will continue to put forward the views and concerns of members on immigration and skill shortages issues.
Our technical tip!Automate your workflow
Incorporating automated workflow within your recruitment system allows you to automate routine tasks based on specific triggers or events designed to fit with your own business rules. Not only does this save you time and money it also ensures that every applicant is processed consistently. For example, it can automatically move candidates to the next stage of the process, simply by the outcome of the previous stage. Naturally automation eliminates human error but additionally provides a full history of all your recruitment decisions to safeguard against discrimination. By implementing automated workflow with correspondence management, you can also automate all your correspondence with your applicants at every recruitment stage. This feature ensures that the relevant standard correspondence is automatically generated at appropriate stages e.g. regret letters, interview decision letters and offer packs. Discreet stages can also be incorporated into the process, for example to set up a time delay before sending a regret letter to an applicant. Correspondence management can be letter or email based, or even a combination of both, whichever suits your business needs! All correspondence generated is automatically tracked to the relevant applicant record providing a full audit trail of applicant contact at your fingertips. TalentTracker® eRecruiter is our scalable online recruitment system that can incorporate a whole host of features including automated workflow and correspondence management.
