Seizing the right candidates

Companies are finding it
increasingly difficult to recruit the right candidates according to the
2007 Hydrogen Employment Attitudes Survey.
Low unemployment, a highly
mobile workforce and a buoyant labour market are key factors in the

Whilst it is possible to
manage the entire recruitment process online, the majority of businesses
and candidates still favour a personal touch in the process.
