As a profitable business from day one we have grown over the years from a starting business to a successful company. The growth of e-recruitment

TalentTracker recruiting software - person with laptopAccording to the latest report from Key Note on E-Recruitment, by 2011 the e-recruitment market will grow in scale and importance and some predict that recruitment will be next to travel, the sector in which the online business model proves the most successful.

By 2011 Key Note estimates that 78% of adults in Great Britain will have Internet access, with 40 million Internet users online.

For the majority of employers e-recruitment is providing a positive contribution to their HR activities. According to the CIPD's Recruitment, Retention and Turnover Annual Survey Report 2006, a strong majority (64%) believe that the internet is improving their recruitment process, with the corporate website seen as an important marketing tool.

The same report found that 83% of employers had used online applications for recruitment. Traditionally the main priority was generating candidates for jobs. The main priority has now transferred  to a focus on intelligent screening, filtering, sorting and ranking of candidates.
