The Rewards Calculator is
placed on a company's careers site which allows candidates to work out
their individual indicative package before applying for the role! By entering key criteria on which the package is calculated i.e. location, position and contracted hours, a candidate can quickly find out exactly what's on offer. It gives businesses the opportunity to communicate a wealth of benefits that might otherwise have never been communicated at this critical stage in the process. The calculator can display an extensive range of benefits such as pension scheme, management bonus, car allowance, holiday entitlement or many additional benefits which could help attract candidates, providing applicants with a clear picture of the total salary package on offer. The calculator also ensures that all candidates are treated equally and fairly from the outset. This feature can be used for internal recruitment helping to make reward schemes totally transparent throughout a business. This module can be used across all vacancies for selected vacancies that are appropriate for a rewards package. It is an available option with all TalentTracker® systems and can also be added to existing TalentTracker® systems. The calculator can also be tailored to meet individual business requirements and to communicate individual vacancy benefits.
