celebrate 10 years in business
Logical Innovations, the provider of the proven TalentTracker®
online recruitment systems is delighted to announce its’ 10 year
anniversary.
Logical Innovations was founded a decade ago as a specialist recruitment
software supplier and continues to this day to excel in the delivery of
tailored online recruitment systems to the UK market. The TalentTracker®
brand of systems, launched in 2000 has a broad range of customers from banks
to contact centres, from high street retailers to recruitment agencies.

About Logical Innovations
1996 the story begins
Logical Innovations was founded in 1996 as a
specialist recruitment software supplier by David Buchanan. By combining
expertise in IT and HR staffing, the development of tailored recruitment
systems began.
1998 major new clients on board
By designing a solution that meets the needs of HR
professionals, we are now working with blue chip clients in the UK including
high street retailers and recruitment agencies delivering bespoke
recruitment systems.
2000 launch of TalentTracker®
We launch to the UK market the TalentTracker®
brand of online recruitment systems. This includes TalentTracker®
eRecruiter designed to meet the needs of all businesses, regardless of
their size or the complexity of their needs.
2002 UK wide customers
We extend our customer and partner base across the UK
covering a wide range of sectors including banks and contact centres. Our
high volume solution TalentTracker® Enterprise is specifically
designed for a call centre environment and can typically process thousands
each week.
2004 award winning
We are recognised in the Deloitte Fast 50 Technology
Awards from 2003 for 4 years consecutively. The rankings are based on
average percentage revenue over 5 years demonstrating our sustained growth
over a prolonged period.
2006 and now 10 years on
Over 80% of our turnover now comes as a direct result
of repeat business and referrals, a testament to the quality of
TalentTracker®. Many of our early clients and staff remain with us to
this day, and sales in 2006 increase on the previous year by over 10%.
