Overview

TalentTracker® Enterprise provides a bespoke online application process that can reduce application time from weeks to hours and process thousands of applications every week.

By including killer questions and job specific screeners, you can effectively screen all candidates. The process will remove the hard costs relative to the traditional recruitment process, ease administration and free your staff resources. Online application forms are fully branded to integrate seamlessly with your existing website. They can be single or multi-paged to capture the information you want from your applicants.  Candidates can also save and resume an application to complete at a later stage.
