With our totally
flexible approach to training we can conduct courses at your office or
provide online resources
available to your staff as and when they need training. Our training is totally tailored to meet
our individual customers’ needs to ensure we deliver the right training and
the best possible service.
TalentTracker® online recruitment software systems are intuitive to use
with an online help function incorporated in the back office to help you get
started and resolve any questions you have.
We
can also provide an E-Learning Toolkit which provides your staff with access
to specific learning guides and demos to cover key tasks. Learning guides
provide a quick snapshot of how to achieve specific tasks, whilst demos give
your staff a visual walkthrough of exactly how the task is performed in the
system. This reduces time spent training and provides your staff with
comprehensive online learning tools as and when they require them.
Our Customer Support is
available as standard between the hours of 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to
Friday (excluding public holidays), with out of hours support offered as
part of an extended support agreement where required. Our systems are
monitored and supported on a 24x7 basis.
