Overview

TalentTracker® is a secure application. It is built on the industry recognised platform Microsoft Sequel Server which provides tight integrated security with Windows and IIS. It is protected by a managed firewall, physical security in addition to virus protection. Our web servers are located in a UK purpose built server farm with high-end security and availability built-in as standard.

TalentTracker® Enterprise applicant tracking systems include both public and secure zones to allow candidates to freely search and apply for vacancies online whilst securing the back office features which allow you to manage vacancies, track applicants and access reports.

At application level individual logins (username and password) are used to control access to the system and individual user permissions. Our security model is task and location based, allowing precise control over the access rights for each individual.

This is an ideal feature where there are a large number of system users and there is a need to limit data access, for example if only certain users are to be given permission to create a new vacancy.

Additional security measures can be implemented if your business requires higher security measures e.g. limiting access to a specified IP range or based on Windows security.

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is supported which is an industry standard security technology. This is used to preserve the integrity of data transmitted over the internet. It ensures personal information is secure and protected, and only intelligible to the intended recipient.
