eRecruiter provides a comprehensive suite of
over 20 real time management reports to help you
make informed decisions.
Media Reports help you accurately evaluate the methods you use to
advertise vacancies, thus minimising your advertising spend.
Applicant Statistics provide information on and visibility over all
applicants within your recruitment process. They enable proactive
recruitment by identifying any high or low responses to vacancies so
that you are able to manage candidate generation.
Diversity Reports allow you to create a balanced workforce and
provide the evidence needed to fulfil statutory diversity requirements
and prevent discrimination. They provide information on the distribution
of applicants by ethnic background, religion or community background,
disability, sex and age.
Management reports can be filtered by various
criteria and give you accurate information in a few clicks.
You can also export reports to transfer data for use in other common
applications such as Microsoft Excel.
We can add on Custom Reports
if required which are designed if your business has very specific
management information requirements that are not covered by the suite of
reports provided. Custom reports allow you to structure and style
information as you require.
