Help & Support

We are committed to providing an exceptional standard of customer service and we don't stop at the delivery of our software. From making sure that your people are properly trained, to ongoing maintenance and support of your systems, to the provision of expert assistance, all tailored to the specific needs of your business.

With our totally flexible approach to training we can conduct courses at your office or remotely if you would prefer. Our training is totally tailored to meet our individual customers’ needs to ensure we deliver the right training and the best possible service.

Our Customer Support is available as standard between the hours of 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), with out of hours support offered as part of an extended support agreement where required. Our systems are monitored and supported on a 24x7 basis.

TalentTracker® systems are intuitive to use with an online help function incorporated in the back office to help you get started and resolve any questions you have.
