TalentTracker® eRecruiter is a fully online system therefore
all you require to access it is a suitable web browser and
internet connection. We would recommend Internet Explorer 5 or
above, or suitable equivalent.
As an
ASP (Application Service Provider) system we
maintain the hardware and technology leaving you to concentrate on your
recruitment process. There is no software to install and you also get the
benefits of being able to access the system anywhere, whether it’s from home
or another office. This provides a networking solution for businesses with
multiple offices.
TalentTracker®
systems are built on industry standard technology, the Microsoft SQL
Server database platform. This ensures a secure, reliable and scalable
database which is designed to support large scale data and business
intelligence applications.
This technology allows
an open platform and we can provide the facility to export data as HR-XML
and we can engineer interfaces with in-house ERP and payroll systems.
