TalentTracker® Enterprise online recruitment software provides comprehensive Candidate Screening functionality to help you streamline your selection process.
We can include eligibility, company specific and job specific screeners as part of the Online Application, to effectively filter candidates against your company wide and/or job role criteria.
As part of the secure back office we can provide further screening in the form of a fully scripted telephone screener. This allows you to evaluate successful candidates before progressing them to interview stage.
A typical online application might include an eligibility screener with 'killer' questions to confirm the candidate meets the minimum requirements of your business.
Talent or job specific screeners provide an advanced screening facility to measure skills and abilities and to quickly and accurately identify the most talented applicants. This can be any form of suitable test such as psychometric, numerical ability, verbal reasoning or Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
IVR is an automated telephone system that interacts between the caller and host computer systems enabling applicants to complete applications, screeners or tests without the intervention of any call centre advisors. It removes the opportunity for human error and reduces recruitment costs by allowing the caller to complete their enquiry without the need to speak with a call centre advisor.
